Join Michael for a mindful start to the year with incense, sage and palo santo. During this workshop we will be making our own scented incense sticks, using uplifting and energising oils and dried herbs. The technique of making incense from scratch is a very therapeutic process, that you can loose yourself in. We will also make an incense bundle using sustainably sourced palo santo, sage and locally foraged eucalyptus. We will be writing our intentions for the year ahead onto paper that goes into the middle of these. We'll have some seasonal homemade treats served with tea and coffee.
